제주도에서 올라온 황금향입니다..

겨울철에 먹으면 제일 맛있는 황금향입니다.

당도가 높으면서 과일의 육즙이 그대로 살아있는 황금향인데 완전히 꿀맛이네요

황금향은 후숙과일~~

서늘한 곳에서 숙성시켜 드시면 좋습니다.

과일을 살짝 돌려가며 주물러서 과육의 밀도와 당도를 높입니다..

껍질의 윗부분을 아래쪽으로 벗겨내어 과육을 꺼냅니다.

껍질이 얇은 황금향은 칼로 썰어 드시면 더욱 좋아요~~
